Lost card. Called for a replacement card.

Customer rep. Told me if i pay 21 dollars, i will receive the card in 3 to 5 business days later. After the 5th day, i called customer service again. I ask why i haven't got my replacement card yet.

She told me that i should get my card on the 10th. Well guess what still no card. I called customer service again for the third time. Now the customer service rep tells me to call them if my card doesn't show up on the 13th.

I also ask about can i have the tracking number from where my card was being expedited. The customer rep stated there was no tracking number. So i ask her who was the carrier that will be delivering my card and she said FEDEX. I told her if fedex is delivering my card.

They always provided a tracking number.

Why ur company cant provide me with a tracking number. She had no response.

Monetary Loss: $21.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
