I had another look at your transactions and can confirm the $13.03 charge youre seeing is an authorization hold that we already voided. Once we void a hold, your bank is expected to release the money, which means the charge will disappear from your bank statement. Banks have their own timelines for releasing money, so youll want to contact your bank to ask how they handle authorization holds. If you still have questions after you talk with your bank, Uber can investigate these types of charges 10 days after theyve taken place. Just let us know, and well start looking into it. Reason for my review is to let you know about this problem with the vanilla gift card first time I’ve ever run into the situation with vanilla gift card and I’ve used many of them but lots of them

Well I have to wait 7 to 10 business days for a new vanilla debit gift card not very happy about that because the one that I have now in front of me is on hold and cannot be used so I have to just cut it up and put it in the garbage I paid $50 for it and its useless why it was on hold I have no idea. So now Im on hold myself until I get the new gift card then I can do what I want online with this debit card that Ill be getting with the new one hopefully everything will work out and I wont run into any more trouble . Thank you very much

A charge to my account by Vanilla card that was not authorized

I was speaking to a representative yesterday who transferred me to another location that was asking if I wanted to join something for four dollars and something cents. I was on a recorded line and I declined the offer but my card was still charged. Can we take that charge off my card?

Card will not work

Wanted information that we was not going to be given out when we said no, response was that they arent able to help us. Refused to help with getting the card fixed to be used. Refused to not comply with what we said that we wasnt doing. Didnt fix the problem. Website is still down. Dont know if there is anything that can be done.

A company charged my account when. They should not have

I had a spa appointment and I needed a credit card to hold my place and they give my credit card number. They required a 24 hour cancellation notice a canceled the appointment 24,26 hrs. actually ahead of time. And then they still charge my card.

Went to use the gift card I received as a christmas present. Said problem with card. Repeatedly tried number numerous times only to be put on hold until giving up. This is totally unacceptable. I would not recommend this company/site whatever you want to call it. By the way the gift card was for $100. Waste of money for the gift giver. TO ME THIS HAS TO BE SOME TYPE OF SCAM. FROM OTHER REVIEWS THEY WENT/GOING THROUGH SAME.

They allowed a payment for something I didn't authorize. I haven't left my house since Xmas and the payment was made on February 1st! For a drone. When I called them to have someone tell me what happened, they hung up on me every time I called!

Bought the card on Jan 29th 2023, tried to use and it was declined. Checking the balance was completely impossible because I kept getting a system error. As well as on the website it says it's on hold. I've tried calling the line to activate my card, as well as the number on the back of the card, while calling the listed line it said to input my pin number. I do not have a pin number for my card. While the number on the back of the card is absolutely useless, it's only an automated line to tell you your balance, not an actual customer service line like they say on the website. It is IMPOSSIBLE to find someone to talk to about activating my card. It's got $100 on it and I will not stop until I either get my $100 back or I get to use the damn card. Get me someone real I can talk to. Don't buy this card.

I was gifted a $50 dollar gift card for Christmas. I used it only one time to buy me a coffee and right after that I try using it at target ,it was decline. I try checking my balance online , it said there was an error with my gift card. I then try calling customer service, but I haven't been lucky enough to get a hold of a representative. it has been over 2 weeks I being trying but this is getting frustrated, I can't believe how difficult it is to get a hold of anyone. how do I supposed to get this fixed or even know what is happening with my money.
