Why is my card being declined.
I put enough money on my card to make a certain purchase but when I went to make the purchase my card was declined. I've called customer service five or six times and I get nowhere all I get is an automated thing that keeps repeating itself over and over. I would just like to know why my card is being declined

How can I receive the info of my card.
The other day. I had lost my card.
I have looked all over and can’t seem to find it. It still has 50$ on it currently so I would like to be able to find out the info on it so I can redeem it and use it.
