Funds were loaded and then after wards tge transa to was cancelled. .Cashap funds were loaded then cancelled and removed... money is missing

I bought 5 $200 e gift cards 3 Vanilla Visa and 2 vanilla MasterCard from shop my exchange. All of them are unable to be used anywhere due to address and zip code verification errors.
I call customer service 7 times and was lied to and disrespected terribly. I was told different stories from each of them with the last one being told to wait 15 minutes and then it will work fine. I sent one to my mom to pay her insurance and she ended up getting her car insurance cancelled because it was rejected upon verification. I'm a disabled Army Veteran on a fixed income that is going to lose my electricity, water, phone, and house because I was lead to believe I was going to be able to use them anywhere visa and mc was accepted online and couldn't find 1 ppl place that would accept them and was told they couldn't help me because a zip code wasn't needed .
They seriously said that if an address was asked for to use a different retailer. Could not even be linked to online wallets when it specifically states that it was supposed to be able to be done. Thank you for ruining my life and my holidays. I hope you feel all the guilt when you hear that your the reason I can't go on living and trust me everyone will find out when it happens live with videos posted all over the world.
Maybe then you will be held responsible.
Hopefully people see this and it saves them. IM A DISABLED ARMY VETERAN WHO LOST EVERYTHING AND SEE NO REASON TO LIVE BECAUSE YOU LIE AND STEAL.

I don’t have any of the information you need I’m in Mexico it was a gift from my boss for Christmas he sure as *** didn’t steal it. Something on your end. Terrible service it Worked in Canada??
My card is declining I cant even check the balance it worked in Canada now Im just n Mexico and it does not work at all. I dont understand how you cannot figure it out on your end you gave me a run around 3 times over an still nothing.
I know its not a stolen card.
Why would it have worked in Canada and not Mexico. Never buying these

I made a purchase and now my card keeps getting declined .. I can load it all I want but can't use any of it . Can't get a hold of customer service or even go to the website bcuz as soon as I enter the card number it comes up as an error hss occured.
