Vanilla Card not working

i had tried to order something and the website wouldn't take it. i think your website service might be down.

Trying to find out balance on card as well as past history of transactions.
Have gone on line trying to get current balance on my card as well as past history of transactions as they apply to
this card. It keeps telling me that card number is not recognized. Please advise!

Declined purchase in store!
Card only works sometimes then will randomly decline purchase! It decline my recent purchase and just worked on the earlier purchase I made

Worse card you can possibly get in your life!!!!!!
I was gifted a $50 dollar gift card for Christmas. I used it only one time to buy me a coffee and right after that I try using it at target ,it was decline.
I try checking my balance online , it said there was an error with my gift card. I then try calling customer service, but I haven't been lucky enough to get a hold of a representative.
it has been over 2 weeks I being trying but this is getting frustrated, I can't believe how difficult it is to get a hold of anyone. how do I supposed to get this fixed or even know what is happening with my money.

My card is not working
Can I please get a call or text back because i have a serious problem with my card its not working and i just recently put money on it and i tried paying a bill and tried adding the card on my phone but its saying error or declined like nothing up there

Waiting for a refund that is passed 10 days and am getting no where with it. The wait for a customer service person is way to long and it is more annoying to have the lady inturpt a millions times than the music. Will not be my first choice next time.

I'm trying to use my debt card on AliExpress it say unavailable to use contact customer service. I never had this issue before on that site.

This is the worst card on the planet today. It let someone take $50 of my money. Now I can't even talk to someone about this problem. I have been trying for a week now.
Every time you call, no matter what time of day, you are on hold and no one ans. your call.
The card was given to me for my Birthday. The first time I tried to use the card it said that were not enough funds to even make a $6 purchase.

Card says invalid can't check balance
A company was making a invalid transaction on my card a card that had never been used.all I want is my money back on my card
